Associate Marketing Manager
Our client, a leading entertainment and consumer products company, is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Brand Activation department supporting the North American Market Activation team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a positive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location: El Segundo, California. Hybrid (4 days onsite per week)
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension/conversion
Pay Range: Depends on Experience
What's the Job?
Assist with brand activations and market optimizations for a diverse portfolio including Action Figures, Plush, and preschool properties.
Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for multiple product lines
Provide POS insights, market research, and database inputs to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Analyze market trends and prepare reports to support brand growth initiatives.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or brand management.
Strong quantitative analysis skills, critical thinking, and financial knowledge.
Fundamental understanding of marketing principles and business operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
