Real Chemistry’s subsidiary 21GRAMS is an advertising agency focused on making healthcare more human. The Associate Creative Director, Copy will lead creative engagement across multiple healthcare client accounts, crafting narratives, collaborating with art, and guiding teams to deliver human‑centered copy that supports client strategy.

Responsibilities

Structure complete narratives and write in different voices to suit client and audience.

Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director and Art team to produce standout, strategically focused campaigns and experiences.

Identify and interview prospective creative candidates.

Manage teams, creative output, and client relationships.

Develop concepts and campaign execution that align with client strategy.

Oversee day‑to‑day deliverables for the team under tight deadlines, ensuring best‑in‑class work for the market.

Mentor teams both internally and externally.

Manage award submissions and case studies for the brand.

Participate in high‑level projects and new‑business pitches.

Required Skills & Experience

Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences.

5‑7+ years of health‑care/pharma experience in an agency environment.

A consistent record of creative ability and judgment.

Compensation
Pay Range:

$160,000 - $190,000 USD . Compensation will be determined based on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors.
