The Director, Communications is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of internal and external communications plans to support major business objectives. Independently manages various projects from planning to production and execution. Manages and maintains the company's corporate print quality, accuracy and relevance of CCA's corporate print, online Web presence and social media strategy. Manages and oversees a variety of special projects including employee campaigns and special events.Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising or a related field is required. Five years of qualifying experience in Communications or Public Relations is required. Must be familiar with online editing and content management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is required. Experience with social media strategy is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
