Duds by Dudes is hiring: Customer Service Artist in San Diego

If you have a background in customer service, an education in graphic design, and an eagle eye for detail, we want to meet you! We are a rapidly growing screen printing and embroidery company and we are looking for our next Customer Service Artist.
Our work is highly precise in nature and requires very strong attention to detail. Although this is a production artist position, the majority of your time will be spent taking orders from customers, making sure orders are done correctly from start to finish, generating quotes, creating separations, and managing many jobs and their associated deadlines.
This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday . Training hours will be 7:30a - 4:00p. Once you are up to speed, your hours will be 8:00a - 4:30p.
What you'll do (Day-to-day):
Promptly answering all phone calls and emails from customers
Creating and/or editing designs for printing or embroidery
Prioritizing orders and ensuring that assigned jobs are on track at all stages to meet deadlines
Working closely with our decorators to ensure the quality of the final product.
Collaborating with the logistics department to make sure we have what we need to decorate and that we deliver the finished products to our customers on or before their due date.
What it takes (The Requirements)
You must have at least 2+ years experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, & Photoshop
Eagle-eyed attention to detail
Highly proficient in multitasking and prioritizing workload
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Excellent communication skills with a self-motivated attitude
Ability to work quickly and correctly without sacrificing results
Good, fun attitude
