A leading senior living organization is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to drive occupancy growth, lead sales strategy, and build strong community relationships. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-driven professional with direct senior living sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all sales and marketing efforts to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the local market
- Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare partners and community stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through move-in
- Collaborate closely with Executive Directors and community leadership teams
Required Qualifications (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- MUST HAVE: Proven sales experience within senior living
- Demonstrated success in driving occupancy and census growth
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and closing skills
- Experience developing and executing local marketing strategies
- Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and care teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + bonus potential
