A leading senior living organization is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to drive occupancy growth, lead sales strategy, and build strong community relationships. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-driven professional with direct senior living sales experience .

Key Responsibilities
Lead all sales and marketing efforts to drive occupancy and revenue growth
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the local market
Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare partners and community stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through move-in
Collaborate closely with Executive Directors and community leadership teams

Required Qualifications (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
MUST HAVE: Proven sales experience within senior living
Demonstrated success in driving occupancy and census growth
Strong relationship-building, networking, and closing skills
Experience developing and executing local marketing strategies
Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and care teams

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + bonus potential
