The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced freight brokerage professionals who are ready to grow their book of business, expand customer relationships, and maximize their earning potential.

This role is ideal for individuals who understand the freight market, have experience managing customer relationships, and want access to the resources and support of a growing organization.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage shipper & customer relationships.
  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and transportation solutions.
  • Manage daily customer activity and service execution.
  • Collaborate with carrier sales and operations teams to ensure successful freight movement.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts while identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain pipeline activity and sales performance metrics.
  • Stay informed on market trends and transportation conditions.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Existing shipper relationships are a plus.
