As a Relationship Manager I within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in our San Antonio Market. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Responsibilities

Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
Acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
Originate, conduct financial analysis, negotiate and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
Provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being to focus on client opportunities.
Increase client engagement and loyalty.
Build an effective network of internal and external relationships, including community and industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients.
Present the full range of PNC’s products and services to the client.
Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
Analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
Qualifications

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), experience (including military service) and 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
