Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Ziegler CAT is hiring a Sales Coordinator to provide operational and sales support to sales personnel at Ziegler Inc.
Responsibilities

Assist sales representatives in securing inventory, walk-in traffic, and creating agreements.
Facilitate transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines.
Serve as main line of support for sales representatives.
Point of contact for walk-in traffic and area customers.
Create and maintain sale and lease agreements.
Schedule trucking and/or shipping of equipment to customer sites.
Finalize invoices, estimates, and credits for transactions.
Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
Keep up-to-date and accurate records.
Timely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoices.
Multi-task on technical issues.
Gather information to aid in warranty claims.
Follow up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions.
Work cooperatively with team and employees.
Qualifications

4-year degree or comparable work experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
1-3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative support.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and meet short timelines.
Ability to reason with all personality types and take direction from others.
Customer focus, problem solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and professionalism.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Minimum Physical Requirements

Walking, talking, hearing. Working conditions may be both indoor and outdoor; noise level may be moderate at times.
