Job Overview

Research Technical Leader – Product – Child Care Garments FEI position at Kimberly-Clark. You will lead product strategies for Pull-Ups and Goodnites and help shape the future of child care products.
Responsibilities

Lead product strategies for Pull-Ups and Goodnites and define long-term innovation plans for child products.
Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Innovation, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and R&E teams to align on product vision.
Champion the FEI process to move new product concepts from ideation to successful transition to Development & Commercialization.
Ensure strong, evergreen consumer and technical learning across product platforms.
Lead key product‑strategic decision making and mentor indirect team members on best practices.
Present and influence leadership teams on child care product innovation plans.
Drive specific Power programs in the child care space and work across R&D and cross‑functional boundaries to influence organization-wide initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
10+ years of significant product development experience with consumer products.
Demonstrated ability to influence leaders.
Preferred: 10+ years of experience in child-care pants or other garment variants, deep understanding of BCC consumers, technical expertise in product design, and cross‑functional experience in materials or process.
Benefits & Compensation

Grade 8: 127,600–157,600USD base salary (US locations only). Additional pay includes eligibility for target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including 401(k) and profit‑sharing plan.
Full-time position located in Neenah – West R&E Office. Flexible work model blends remote work with intentional in‑person collaboration.
