Senior Area Business Manager, Hematology/Oncology – Orlando, FL

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and utilize a business plan aligned with marketing strategies through territory analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and customer insights (updated quarterly).
Implement business plans by leveraging appropriate human and physical resources with Hematologists and Oncologists and other key customers.
Become a product, disease state, and marketplace expert; communicate and position product information to promote appropriate use of the Sanofi Genzyme oncology portfolio.
Work closely with field partners to ensure strategy pull-through across Key IDNs/System, Reimbursement, Key Accounts, other ABMs, and Medical (as appropriate).
Complete call reporting, business plan updates, and expense reports; operate within all Pharma compliance guidelines.
Execute effective account targeting and time management.
Attend required training and, as necessary, conventions and symposia.
Complete fleet safety training and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS degree from an accredited school (business or life science preferred).
Minimum 2 years of specialty sales experience (Oncology/Hematology preferred).
Additional Requirements/Preferred Skills:

Ability to think, plan, and act strategically.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Up to 2 years of successful experience selling chemotherapeutic agents or biotech products (preferred).
Working knowledge of the hospital and cancer center environment (preferred).
Ability to safely drive a company car to daily meetings and appointments is required.
