The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Fortune 500 brand and agency clients — guiding campaigns from kick-off through wrap-up and turning first campaigns into long-term partnerships. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and relationships, working closely with our media, analytics, and sales teams to deliver results clients can't get anywhere else.
What You'll Do
• Own day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of brand and agency clients, serving as their trusted advisor on all things GlassView
• Manage campaigns end-to-end — media planning, onboarding, live optimization, reporting, and wrap-up — across video, CTV, and emerging screens
• Deliver weekly status updates and post-campaign wrap reports across 100+ metrics, with forward recommendations
• Partner with Sales to identify upsell and renewal opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with media traders, analytics, and creative teams to drive performance
• Troubleshoot delivery, creative, or pacing issues proactively — bringing solutions, not just problems
What We're Looking For
• 1-3 years in account management, client success, or campaign management at a digital media, ad tech, or agency
• Fluency in digital advertising — video, programmatic, CTV, and/or social — and the ability to speak confidently about campaign mechanics and performance metrics
• Proven track record managing complex client relationships and delivering measurable results
• Exceptional communicator — you make the complex feel simple
• High attention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred:
• Experience with Fortune 500 brand clients or holding company agencies
• Experience with CTV, programmatic video, or high-frequency trading platforms
