Hybrid Program Director, Public Radio & NPR

NAB Leadership Foundation is seeking a Program Director for Kansas Public Radio, responsible for overseeing on-air programming, managing production operations, and leading local hosts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of public radio and audience engagement, along with a strong background in broadcasting.
This hybrid role allows occasional remote work, but the expectation is to work onsite most of the week. Candidates should have experience in programming, audience analysis, and team leadership.
