Local Marketing Strategist – Dealer Partnerships

Southwest Jcb is hiring a Marketing Specialist to implement a new on-site marketing model in partnership with JCB Dealerships in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will develop and execute local marketing plans across digital and traditional channels, overseeing budget management and optimizing campaigns for lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to align strategies with dealership performance. Bilingual communication in English and Spanish is preferred.
