Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and professional Commercial Lines Producer - Inside Sales to join a growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity for experienced insurance professionals to leverage their expertise in account management, risk assessment, and client advising while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Commercial Lines Producer, will be the initial point of contact for inbound leads provided by the company, helping clients with policy sourcing, risk evaluation, and account management.

Compensation Package

Base Salary : $110,000 annually

Commission : 7.5% on all new business revenue

Responsibilities

Serve as the initial contact for inbound leads provided by the company.

Conduct risk assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions to clients.

Source and place policies that meet client needs and ensure compliance.

Advise clients on coverage options and provide exceptional customer service.

Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and adapt to a dynamic, startup environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Designations : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years in the insurance industry, with experience in account management, producing, or placement/marketing.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied Epic software is a significant advantage. Experience with Salesforce is also preferred.
