Job Title: Coordinator, Influencer Digital Marketing
We are the Digital team at Atlantic Music Group dedicated to building artist careers through influencer partnerships and creative marketing campaigns, aiming to grow online fan communities and drive engagement for hip‑hop and R&B artists.
Role Overview
Coordinate and amplify influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, identifying digital tastemakers, activating partnerships, and supporting artists to maintain cultural relevance.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute influencer campaigns for Atlantic Music Group’s hip‑hop and rap artists.
Identify and maintain relationships with relevant influencers, tastemakers, meme accounts, dancers, streetwear creators, and culturally aligned content creators.
Develop campaign briefs tailored to each song or artist, ensuring content aligns with tone and identity.
Track emerging trends and viral challenges within hip‑hop/rap communities, flagging opportunities.
Manage campaign logistics: outreach tracking, coordinating product/mailings when required.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Creator Core, Cobrand, and internal dashboards.
Collaborate closely with artists’ product managers, A&R, creative teams, and external agencies to align on goals and timelines.
Support influencer onboarding for activations, video shoots, listening sessions, and community initiatives.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or related field—preferably in music, entertainment, or youth culture.
Deep familiarity with hip‑hop and rap culture, online communities, and creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at crafting compelling pitch emails and briefs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, remaining detail‑oriented under pressure.
Passion for music discovery and championing new voices within the genre.
Preferred Skills
Experience with influencer management platforms and campaign reporting tools.
Work Setting
This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office.
Compensation
Salary: $21.79 - $23.07 hourly.
