Retail and Event Marketing Promoter - Myrtle Beach, SC

We’re looking for talented marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen. This part‑time, flexible role is at our premier retail partner locations across the Greater Carolinas.

This opportunity offers performance‑based income. The role earns commission in addition to base pay; successful candidates are expected to earn $16 per hour plus up to $1,000 in weekly commission. Base pay depends on experience, education, location, certifications, and other factors. Your recruiter will share details of the compensation package during the hiring process.

Work onsite at partner stores where you will talk to prospective customers and book no‑cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. You will receive paid training and follow our proven marketing methodology. After each appointment, you will provide feedback and recap information to the team for next steps, earning wages, bonuses, and commissions.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States

Must be self‑motivated and personable

Must help expand the RBA footprint

Must be a dedicated, dependable team player

Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends

Must lift up to 50 pounds

Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
