We are seeking a

part-time Marketing Coordinator

to support day-to-day marketing operations, content updates, and communication initiatives for a fast-paced, collaborative team. This onsite role in Irvine is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects across digital content, product support, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update marketing materials, digital assets, and product-related content across internal systems and shared platforms

Support email marketing efforts, including preparing content, reviewing materials, and assisting with distribution

Help coordinate launch-related materials, sales support tools, and promotional resources

Review files for accuracy, formatting, naming consistency, and version control before release

Assist with content updates across marketing channels and internal resources

Troubleshoot basic issues related to asset access, content placement, or file organization

Provide administrative and project support for webinars, presentations, and cross-functional meetings

Monitor and manage incoming requests through the marketing team inbox

Partner with internal teams to fulfill asset requests, support localization needs, and ensure timely delivery of materials

Help keep projects moving by tracking deadlines, organizing information, and following up with stakeholders as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred

Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with content platforms, shared folders, and digital tools

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Professional, dependable, and eager to contribute to a team environment

Interest in beauty, wellness, or consumer products
