Overview
We're seeking an Art Director who is equal parts conceptual thinker and systems thinker. You'll partner closely with a Copywriter to develop integrated campaigns, social content, digital experiences, and scalable creative systems that help brands show up consistently and effectively across channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands how ideas translate across social, digital, and emerging platforms—and who enjoys creating work that is both strategically grounded and visually compelling. Creative teams are encouraged to apply together.

This is a full-time contract role based in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

Develop compelling creative concepts from brief through execution

Partner closely with a Copywriter to create integrated campaign ideas

Create social-first content and platform‑specific creative across paid, owned, and organic channels

Design and evolve visual systems that scale across campaigns, content streams, and customer touchpoints

Present creative work internally and to clients with confidence and clarity

Collaborate with strategists, designers, producers, and account teams throughout the creative process

Ensure creative excellence and consistency across all deliverables

Stay current on digital culture, social trends, emerging platforms, and evolving creative best practices

Help shape and maintain the visual identity of a major regional brand

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in advertising, creative agencies, or related fields

Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and exceptional design/art direction skills

Demonstrated fluency with modern AI collaboration tools and a clear point of view on how they fit into the creative process.

Familiarity with native ad‑tech platforms and ad managers, with a solid understanding of how creative assets are optimized for paid media

Experience developing work across social, digital, and integrated campaigns

Understanding of social content ecosystems and platform best practices

Experience creating scalable design systems, brand systems, or modular creative frameworks

Proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite

Strong presentation and communication skills both internally and with clients

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced agency environment

Motion, content creation, AI‑assisted creative workflows, or Figma experience is a plus

A maker and thinker who can generate strong ideas and execute them beautifully
