Sponsorship Campaign Operations Manager

Contract: 6-Months, potential to extend

Rate: $55-60/hr

Hybrid in Los Angeles

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Sponsorship Campaign Operations Manager to own the delivery of digital sponsorship campaigns across streaming and digital media platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring that sold sponsorships are executed seamlessly, accurately, and on time—bridging ad sales, ad operations, and cross-functional delivery teams.

This is a high-impact execution role where you will manage end-to-end campaign delivery after the point of sale, ensuring all sponsorship elements are properly coordinated, launched, and validated. You will serve as the central point of orchestration across internal teams, tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and resolving issues in real time. Over time, you will also contribute to how sponsorship packages are structured and optimized in partnership with sales and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of digital sponsorship campaigns post-sale

Coordinate across ad sales, ad operations, creative, and platform teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery

Build and manage detailed campaign timelines, milestones, and execution plans

Lead kickoff and ongoing status meetings with internal stakeholders

Monitor campaign execution and validate delivery across digital and streaming environmentsTroubleshoot issues during live campaign execution and ensure rapid resolution

Maintain clear documentation of campaign status, risks, and deliverables

Partner with sales teams to support sponsorship fulfillment and client expectations

Contribute to reporting on campaign execution and performance insights

Identify opportunities to improve sponsorship delivery processes and workflows

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, ad operations, campaign management, project coordination, or advertising

Experience in digital media, streaming, video advertising, or digital campaign execution

Strong understanding of campaign workflows (trafficking, QA, delivery, or fulfillment strongly preferred)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume, cross-functional environments

Proven ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities

Preferred Experience

Exposure to sponsorships, branded content, or integrated media campaigns

Experience working closely with ad sales or client-facing teams

Familiarity with ad operations tools, trafficking workflows, or campaign reporting systems

Strong interest in digital video, streaming platforms, and advertising innovation

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance and execution data
