Overview
Our client is seeking a Sponsorship Campaign Manager to join a small, collaborative ad sales support team. This role is the primary executor of sold sponsorship campaigns across digital platforms. You'll work cross‑functionally with Ad Sales, Product, Platform, and Merchandising teams to ensure flawless delivery of client commitments from kickoff through reporting. Over time, this role expands into sponsorship planning, strategy, and sales support.

What You'll Do

Manage end‑to‑end execution of sold digital sponsorship campaigns across platforms

Own project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through wrap

Lead internal kick‑off and status meetings; ensure all teams are aligned at every stage

Oversee launch day execution and troubleshoot issues with external clients and internal partners

Advise on campaign optimization using first‑party platform data and research insights

Deliver campaign reporting and communicate results clearly to Ad Sales and clients

Track and report Digital Integration Revenue to senior management

Assist in development of sales materials and department presentations

Monitor marketplace trends to identify new monetization opportunities

What We're Looking For

4–7 years of experience in Ad Sales, Campaign/Project Management, Digital Marketing, or Advertising

Strong project management and organizational skills — you manage timelines, set expectations, and keep things moving

Clear, confident communicator across all levels (written, verbal, and presentation)

Familiarity with the streaming landscape, ad formats, sponsorship packaging, and advertising technology

Experience with paid social media campaigns

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

Exposure to entertainment, streaming, tech, or advertising industries is a plus

Financial or data analysis experience helpful

Bachelor's degree required
