Production Artist

Entry‑Level Production Artist – Grand Rapids, MI
Alliance Beverage is looking for an entry‑level Production Artist to join our Grand Rapids team. The role is full‑time and involves preparing and printing point‑of‑sale materials such as banners, posters, price‑point signs, and menus. Candidates must be competent with Adobe Creative Suite and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Primary Functions
This position will create and produce in‑house printed point‑of‑sale materials. The Production Artist will be trained on brand‑specific guidelines and expected to follow them while producing high‑quality creative deliverables.

Major Responsibilities

Balance creativity with supplier brand guidelines.

Design point‑of‑sale materials with text and images that are impactful and effectively promote products.

Work in a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.

Pay close attention to details such as printing, pricing, format, and sizing to fulfill requests.

Use manual skills such as cutting, mounting signs, and installing grommet banners.

Qualifications

Strong computer skills and basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Degree in Graphic Arts or at least 4 years of experience in Digital Print Technology.

Good communication skills with a customer‑service focused mindset.

Understanding of color principles and industry color standards.

Flexible and able to work well on a team.

Physical Demands
Must be able to stand on a hard surface for up to 1 hour at a time; lift products weighing up to 50 lb; discern product colors and numbers, and effectively communicate with customers, management, and co‑workers; listen to instructions face‑to‑face or over the phone.

Job Station
Work is performed within an office workstation.
