What We Need
The Sales Systems Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the sales technology ecosystem across iHeart's sales operations divisions, primarily in Airtable. This role focuses on user management, data integrity, automation reliability, and process consistency to ensure the systems that power sales operations run efficiently and accurately. A key component of this function will be designing and implementing a new ecosystem for Broadcast and Premiere talent vetting and post sale operations within our existing Airtable ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented systems administrator who excels at problem-solving, customer support and keeping complex systems organized and optimized.
What You'll Do
User Management:
Process access requests and manage user permissions across iHeart systems.
Automation Maintenance and Optimization:
Monitor and troubleshoot automation failures within Airtable and related platforms, ensuring issues are promptly resolved.
Data Integrity:
Track and respond to data cleanliness alerts, taking corrective action to maintain high-quality data standards.
System Maintenance:
Perform ongoing cleanup of unused or outdated ecosystem elements (tables, automations, fields, etc.) to improve efficiency.
Process Governance:
Maintain and update process maps to ensure system documentation remains current and accurate.
Operational Support:
Serve as a point of contact for internal users requiring support with sales systems and processes.
Reporting and Monitoring:
Regularly review system logs, usage patterns, and data flows to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
What You'll Need
Expertise with
Airtable . This includes deep understanding of the Airtable product suite, including automation setup and troubleshooting, syncs, interfaces, extensions, etc. Proficiency with developer tools a plus, but not required.
Experience in
customer or user support , ideally within media operations environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team-wide processes and governance standards.
Familiarity with
data management principles
and best practices.
