Job Title: Product Documentation & Labeling Specialist

Location: Reading, Pennsylvania

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $20 – $30.00/hr

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)

Overview
Join a Premium Bakery Brand in the food manufacturing industry as a Product Documentation & Labeling Specialist. This role supports new and existing product lines by ensuring accurate documentation, specifications, and FDA‑compliant labeling for both domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities

Support product lines with accurate, compliant documentation and labeling

Update Bills of Materials and provide R&D recipe documentation (RDP/RDU)

Issue SOP changes and coordinate packaging/label content

Maintain label databases and files in QAD and Bartender

Adjust labeling based on production schedules and customer needs

Create/update product specifications in Genesis

Support international labeling and nutrition calculations

Perform system updates and data entry for accuracy

Assist with operational and process improvement projects

Develop process flows (Visio) and track projects (Excel)

Requirements

3+ years of technical admin experience in manufacturing

Food manufacturing or finished goods experience preferred

Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with QAD, Genesis, Styleline, Bartender, or similar systems

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
