We are seeking a hands‑on Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead evening manufacturing operations in a growing adhesive manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving productivity across the shift. 2nd shift - 3:30pm - 2am.
Responsibilities

Supervise and lead production employees on second shift.
Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
Train, coach, and develop team members, including temporary employees.
Monitor production activities and address operational issues as they arise.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment.
Qualifications

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production setting.
Experience in chemical, adhesive, coatings, packaging, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this role includes a base salary range, discretionary bonuses, and participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
