We are seeking a
Paid Media Strategist
to lead the paid and organic social growth of SUPERCINEMA's (https://supercinema.film) pre-launch social brand. You will shape high-level strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to build a large, engaged audience of cinephiles while advising on creative, targeting, and paid media campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop audience growth strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Define content themes and positioning for a standout social brand
Advise on Reels and short-form video content strategy
Recommend community‑building and audience engagement approaches
Provide high‑level paid media recommendations (Meta and other relevant platforms)
Guide audience targeting, growth opportunities, and performance optimization
Translate strategy into actionable insights for the client
Requirements
Proven experience growing creator accounts or media brands on Instagram, TikTok, and Meta
Strong understanding of Reels, short‑form video, and social content strategy
Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and paid media strategy
Familiarity with entertainment, film, or creator‑focused campaigns is preferred
Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity, providing strategic guidance rather than day‑to‑day execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills
