Job Type: Full-time, On-site (This is a presential role in our San Antonio office)

Salary: $19 to $26 per hour

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. As a vital part of our public relations department, you will be responsible for helping to shape and maintain our brand's reputation through effective communication strategies. You will play a key role in developing and executing PR campaigns that engage stakeholders and promote our initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Draft press releases, articles, and other communications materials.

Manage media inquiries and build relationships with journalists.

Assist in planning and executing PR events and campaigns.

Monitor media coverage and create reports on PR metrics.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Qualities We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in public relations or communications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
