The Career Opportunity
PracticeTek is seeking a leading‑edge Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will lead Social Media strategy and execution for the PracticeTek brand portfolio, stand out as a content creator, and drive meaningful engagement and conversions with our target audiences. This is an onsite or remote position.

What You Will Own

Develop and execute PracticeTek’s social media strategy across multiple brands, platforms, and audiences to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Lead social media and community marketing programs, creating innovative content and campaigns that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

Build and scale a best‑in‑class influencer and creator marketing program that positions PracticeTek solutions as the preferred choice among leading voices across healthcare specialties.

Establish scalable systems and processes to identify, recruit, manage, and amplify influencer, creator, and customer‑generated content.

Execute platform‑specific content strategies that align messaging, format, voice, and publishing cadence with audience behavior and engagement trends.

Develop a distinctive and recognizable social brand voice that reflects the innovation, expertise, and leadership of PracticeTek and its portfolio brands.

Engage directly with customers, prospects, influencers, and industry communities across social channels to foster authentic relationships and strengthen brand affinity.

Design and launch creative campaigns, contests, community activations, and social‑first initiatives that increase engagement, lead generation, and market visibility.

Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other business units, to amplify product launches, company initiatives, and strategic priorities through impactful social storytelling.

Measure, analyze, and optimize social performance against key business metrics, including engagement, audience growth, MQLs, SQLs, and MRR, while continuously testing new formats, technologies, and AI‑powered workflows to improve results.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline

5+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation

Effective track record of delivering video content, customer stories, and social proof through social channels

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with leaders and highly intellectual thinkers

Experience with Sprout Social is a plus

B2B SaaS experience is preferred

Asana Project Management experience is a plus

The Fine Print
For this position, we reasonably expect to pay between $85,000 and $120,000. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
