Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a passionate and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. This multi‑faceted, full‑time role supports patient case management, combining healthcare management, casework responsibilities, sales, customer service and financial management.
Key Responsibilities

Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team member
Strong attention to detail
Treatment planning, case management, patient and clinician scheduling
Patient payments, insurance claims support and financial reporting
Building lasting relationships with patients by ensuring their visit with us is a great experience
Qualifications & Skills

1‑3 years of experience working in hospitality, sales, customer service
Comfortable with medium‑high volume of phone calls
Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to pick up new processes and technologies quickly; familiarity with healthcare/medical practice environment or any customer/client‑facing role
Experience checking in patients, scheduling appointments, completing/filing patient charts with clinical administrative background
Experience using Dentrix, MondayBoard, and/or Slack
