We are seeking a Multimedia Content Manager to translate Salesforce’s employer value proposition into compelling, multimedia content that attracts talent and brings our culture to life.
What you’ll actually be doing

Content Orchestration & Persona Translation

– Translate our brand narrative into tailored content across the career site, advertising, blogs, interactive experiences, and more; continuously identify media trends, analyze results, and recommend strategy shifts.
Video & Audio Production

– Serve as creative visionary for brand videos, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal studio and external partners. Produce and edit high‑quality content ranging from event spotlights to UGC‑style campaigns, and oversee the lifecycle of podcasts and other audio series.
Digital Intelligence & Tech Modern Discovery (SEO/GEO)

– Optimize all content for the current landscape, maintain expertise in SEO and GEO, and integrate AI tools to streamline production. Craft narrative decks for stakeholders and coordinate with careers social media to ensure timely distribution.

Multimedia Editing – Proficiency in professional video and audio editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
Presentation Design – Expert‑level narrative decks using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
Tech Forward – Active experience with AI‑assisted content tools and an understanding of AI‑driven candidate search.
Social Media Aptitude – Experience with social media management platforms (Sprout Social, HubSpot) and readiness to cover distribution and community management.
Copywriting & Editing – Strong written communication and editorial judgment to craft clear, brand‑aligned copy across formats.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $117,400 – $177,600 per year. In selected SanFrancisco and NewYork City metropolitan areas it is $140,900 – $193,700 per year.
