The
Social Creator Strategist
is at the center of that momentum—turning earned social partnerships, UGC, and creator-led initiatives into organized, on-track, brand-aligned work. You’ll coordinate across internal teams, external partners, and creators to keep projects running smoothly while supporting high-quality outcomes that connect with audiences through culture and platform-native storytelling.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience
managing projects, workflows, and delivery within creator/social marketing digital content environments
Proven ability to
coordinate multiple stakeholders
(internal teams, external vendors, and creators)
Experience managing
timelines, deliverables, and budgets
across concurrent projects
Hands‑on experience using
project management tools/systems
to track work, document progress, and report status
Ability to
develop and refine project workflows/processes
to improve efficiency across cross‑functional teams
Strong capability to support end‑to‑end creator‑led work, including
briefing, feedback loops, and delivery timeline management
Experience evaluating social performance using
analytics and insights
to inform future strategy
Knowledge of how to ensure creator content aligns with
brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform best practices
Nice to Have Skills
Experience working directly with
creators, influencers, or external talent
on marketing/social initiatives
Experience supporting social or digital campaigns across platforms such as
Instagram, TikTok, or similar channels
Demonstrated ability to
adapt quickly
to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience collaborating with teams such as
marketing, communications, editorial, or product
to align social content with broader priorities
Track record of
monitoring social and cultural trends
to uncover new opportunities for creator‑led storytelling
Preferred Education and Experience
Preferred:
5+ years of relevant experience managing creator/social marketing projects and workflows
Ability to coordinate across
cross‑functional internal teams, external partners, and creators
to deliver creator‑driven social content efficiently
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $64.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
