TST Industries is eager to connect with new audiences and engage our existing base through compelling social media initiatives. We’re seeking a social media manager to help us expand our social media presence and oversee our social communications efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand identity, engage with our target audience, and drive growth. This role blends creativity, data analytics, content creation, and community management to elevate brand awareness and foster customer loyalty. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media and motorcycles, with a keen understanding of current trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy.

Manage a library of digital assets.

Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way that leads to increased growth.

Utilize all available tools to maximize platform performance.

Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize content creation potential.

Manage and expand our influencer outreach efforts.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of social analytics tools, Meta Creator Studio, Bitly, and Hootsuite.

Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilities.

Fluent in English and well-versed in various social media platforms.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Skilled in both photo and video editing software such as Photoshop, Canva, Davinci, or Premiere Pro.

Additional Requirements

Availability to work periodically at off site events, after hours, or on weekends to capture necessary content.

Working with Marketing team and Customer Relations team throughout the week on additional tasks.

Schedule and Compensation

In-house position, M-F 9:00am - 5:00 pm (occasional weekends and nights)

Yearly Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 DOE
