Overview:

You are a creative and results‑driven marketing professional who thrives on developing and executing impactful campaigns. You combine strategic thinking with strong project management skills and enjoy collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive brand awareness, member engagement, and business growth. You are highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

Develop, execute, and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, print, direct mail, broadcast, and other channels.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to support campaign strategy and performance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to create marketing materials and successfully launch campaigns.

Partner with data analytics teams to identify target audiences, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.

Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, reporting on key performance indicators and recommending improvements.

Support media planning, vendor coordination, and advertising initiatives.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.

Assist with annual marketing planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

Provide quality control, proofreading, and general marketing support for department projects.

Coordinate and support member, community, and company‑sponsored events as needed.

Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, vendors, and community partners.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, communications, or a related role.

Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept through execution and analysis.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, advertising, and marketing analytics.

Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to interpret data and make informed, results‑driven recommendations.

Experience working effectively with cross‑functional teams, agencies, and external vendors.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing‑related platforms and tools.

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
