We are looking for a Multimedia Content Manager with an impact player mindset—someone who is inspired by the challenge of evolving how we connect with talent. In this role, you will be the creative engine that translates our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) into compelling, relevant content designed to attract specific talent personas and bring our culture to life.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Content Orchestration & Persona Translation

Bringing the EVP to Life:

Translate our established brand narrative into tailored content that resonates with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Multimedia Ecosystem:

Facilitate the creation of career site content, advertising creative, blogs, and interactive experiences (e.g., quizzes) to ensure a cohesive candidate journey.

Continuous Evolution:

Actively identify emerging media trends, assess results with a data‑driven lens, and provide recommendations to keep strategy ahead.

Video & Audio Production

Art Direction & Collaboration:

Serve as the creative visionary for brand "Hero" videos, managing vision, budget, and collaboration with internal studio and external partners.

Agile Creation:

Personally produce and edit high‑quality content ranging from polished event spotlights to UGC‑style campaigns.

Vodcast & Podcast Management:

Oversee the lifecycle of talent and culture related audio and video series, ensuring high editing standards, narrative flow, and format innovation.

Digital Intelligence & Tech

Modern Discovery (SEO/GEO):

Optimize all content for current landscape, leveraging both traditional SEO and Generative Experience Optimization.

AI Fluency:

Integrate AI tools into workflow to streamline production, enhance brainstorming, and scale reach.

Narrative Design:

Build advanced decks to socialize concepts and pitch initiatives to stakeholders.

Channel Synergy:

Partner with careers social media to ensure content optimization for distribution and provide cross‑functional support during campaigns.

Tech Forward:

Experience with AI‑assisted content tools and understanding of candidate search behavior in an AI‑driven world.

Social Media Aptitude:

Direct experience with social media management platforms and readiness to provide cross‑functional coverage.

Design Sensibility:

Strong aesthetic for typography and layout.

Sound Engineering:

Experience with high‑quality audio mixing for podcasts.

Prompt Engineering & AI Integration:

Build custom prompts or workflows to scale content production.

Content CMS & SEO Mastery:

Familiarity with back‑end career site management and technical SEO.

Portfolio of Firsts:

Demonstrates willingness to experiment with bold content.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $117,400 – $177,600 annually (select cities higher). Additional benefits include time‑off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and employee stock purchasing program.
