POSITION: Audio Visual Technician
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Setup, operation, breakdown, inventory, and maintenance broadcast, audio, lighting, and video equipment needs.

Broadcast concerts & special events with A/V requirements.

Operate equipment requirements for successful event production.

Provide technical support throughout events as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

3 to 5 years of experience working in a live performing arts venue/center/theater.

Technical degree or certification preferred.

Skills and Abilities

Knowledge and experience working with stagehand personnel.

Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and facility management.

Working knowledge of applicable OSHA, state, and other work environment safety regulations.

Working knowledge of fire and public safety issues.
