Founding Creative Lead

with 2 to 5 years of experience to be the creative brain behind everything they make—and talented enough with their own hands to execute it.

You are a socially native creator who can concept, shoot, edit, and design content that stops the scroll. Working directly with the CEO, you will define what thoughtfulness looks like for a generation, turning a wide emotional range—funny, weird, romantic, tender, and a little unhinged—into cultural momentum.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Creation:

Concept, shoot, edit, and design short-form social content end-to-end for TikTok, Reels, and other channels. You move fast and love making a lot of things.

Creative Direction:

Art direct and creatively direct any creators, popups, stunts, or campaigns brought to life by the Growth Lead, ensuring everything looks intentional and distinct.

Format Invention:

Invent repeatable formats and content series that make the brand instantly recognizable and culturally relevant across social media.

Guard the Vibe:

Set and maintain the quality bar for all creative output—ruthlessly killing anything that feels generic, cringe, or over‑polished before it ships.

Strategic Collaboration:

Partner closely with the CEO on taste, voice, and brand identity while bringing your own distinct creative ideas to the table.

What You Bring

2–5 years of experience

creating high-performing content for a modern consumer brand, agency, or as a standalone creator.

True multi-hyphenate skills:

You don't just "manage" creative; you can pick up a camera, edit the video, and design the graphic yourself.

Social fluency:

A deep, native understanding of TikTok and Reels algorithms, trends, and visual subcultures.

A strong point of view:

An exceptional eye for taste and design, with the ability to balance the humorous and unhinged with the tender and romantic.

Proximity:

Ability to work on-site

5 days a week

in their New York City office.
