We need an editorial director who can write for an audience that has seen everything - someone who knows the difference between taste and pretension. You will commission, edit, and shape a publication that collectors actually read.
Key Responsibilities
- Set editorial calendar and commissioning strategy.
- Edit long-form features and market analysis.
- Build and manage contributor network.
- Oversee newsletter and podcast production.
- Maintain editorial independence from commercial interests.
Requirements
- 6+ years in editorial leadership.
- Deep knowledge of contemporary art market.
- Experience with subscription/membership media.
- Published bylines in recognized arts publications.
