In House Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. This role focuses on enhancing guest experiences and promoting membership benefits at our resorts.
Responsibilities

Direct, face‑to‑face marketing with guests checking into resorts
Provide concierge‑like service to all guests
Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss owner updates and workshops
Offer gifts to guests for participating in the update
Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in during the shift
Requirements

1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience (preferred, not required)
Maintain production standards
Proficiency in general computer skills and smart devices
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
