Responsibilities

- The Deal Whisperer: Use persuasive skills to negotiate, influence, and foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Data Detective & Visionary: Leverage analytical skills and forward-thinking vision to craft impactful sales deployment plans.
- Growth Guru: Apply top-tier selling techniques—opening, probing, supporting, and closing—to drive sales growth.
- Team Captain Extraordinaire: Inspire, guide, and motivate a diverse team, overseeing HR responsibilities to build a high-performing workforce.
- Financial Wizard: Manage budgets and financial information to optimize resources and maximize results.
Education & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred, or relevant college degree plus related experience; valid driver’s license required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated mastery of professional selling techniques and strategic vision for sales deployment, supported by strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently, and skilled in presentations.
- Expertise in managing diverse teams, solving complex problems, handling high-pressure situations, and working with financial data and basic arithmetic.
