Capital Markets Director
This role is for a well-respected, stable organization with over 40 years of history. The Capital Markets Director will oversee the mortgage-backed securities program and capital markets operations in a supportive, collaborative culture.
Hybrid four days a week, 37.5 hour work week, 4.5 weeks of PTO to start, salary up to $195,000 plus bonus, permanent direct hire.

Responsibilities
- The Capital Markets Director will lead MBS trading, pricing strategy, and capital markets execution, including securitization and liquidity management
- Oversee end-to-end trade processes, including execution, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting
- Manage the Capital Markets Administrator plus possibility of one additional role
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, GSE, and internal policy requirements
- Drive financial strategy through cash flow modeling, risk management, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Experience setting mortgage rates and securitizing mortgages into mortgage-backed securities
- Prior leadership experience
- Hands-on experience trading fixed income, derivatives, or MBS
