Community Advisor / Sales Representative – Multi‑Site

Position Summary
The Community Advisor / Sales Representative is a sales professional responsible for driving and producing revenue. The Community Advisor / Sales Representative is responsible for increasing community awareness, establishing strong referral partnerships, and increasing occupancy levels in a multi‑site region of our senior living communities. By creating and following a strategic sales plan, the ideal candidate will drive referrals to the community, manage the sales funnel, and create urgency by following a sales process with prospects to achieve revenue goals. This position may require up to 75% regional travel. Community sites may vary based on demand.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Knowledge of the senior market and senior living products is preferred. However, we encourage all types of successful sales professionals to apply! Strong communication skills.
- Desire to connect with and serve seniors by matching their needs to our service offerings and successfully move them into our communities.
- Aggressive sales instinct with the ability to close while maintaining compassion for our customers.
- Time Management and organizational skills necessary to be effective in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must exhibit a high degree of initiative and creativity, sound judgment, and professional ethics.
- Must possess strong leadership skills to work effectively both independently and as a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and contact management software.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem‑solving; ability to determine solutions for clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to form business relationships necessary to collectively achieve results.
Primary Responsibilities
- Seeks new opportunities to expand referral partnerships and community relationships.
- Manages all occupancy and revenue goals for the communities.
- Utilizes Salesforce to manage sales funnels, conversion ratios and move‑in metrics.
- Complies with Fair Housing and Federal Trade Commission requirements.
- Seeks new opportunities to expand our growing number of referral sources.
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers in database to schedule visits and tours.
- Provides tours of models or vacant apartments to future residents and referral sources.
- Consistently follows all established sales processes in order to achieve sales targets.
- Lead marketing initiatives and events.
- Serves as an educational resource for residents, caregivers and staff members.
- Promotes the organization in a positive manner and sets the example for organization standards for excellence.
- Maintains effective communication and cross‑collaboration throughout the company.
- Collaborates with site leadership teams to ensure sales targets are achieved through development of strong working relationships and teamwork.
- Lead follow‑up support for the portfolio.
- Coordinates occupancy, goals and resident/prospect information.
- Prepares and manages all relative reports.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends or “non‑traditional” work hours as business demands dictate.
