Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

3 years of experience in social media management for brands

Proven track record of growing social media engagement and following

Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms

Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with paid social media advertising

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles

Photography and basic video editing skills

Experience with influencer marketing campaigns

Additional certification preferred

Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:

Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook)

Strong creative writing and copywriting abilities

Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Data analysis and reporting capabilities

Crisis management and community moderation

Project management and organizational skills

Understanding of current social media trends and best practices

What to expect
Schedule:

Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours.

Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.

Compensation:

Rate starts at $5 per hour

Payment is made via Deel

Equipment:

Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:

Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

Back-up computer and internet connection

Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
