Your Role
As a Senior Designer/Illustrator, you will support the design team and report to the Art Director. You will be responsible for the concept, design, and execution of various marketing initiatives across all channels—including print, digital, environmental, and video editing and production.
In Addition, You Will
- Support the Art Director or Creative Director in research, developing concepts, and implementing designs to provide creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Work within the existing style guide and evolve the visual framework as needed.
- Build concepts and designs for integrated marketing campaigns from concept to finish.
- Craft creative solutions with impeccable attention to design and typography.
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure copy and visuals work harmoniously together.
- Lead projects and collaborate with other team members to divide and conquer.
- Cultivate a design culture and inspire the team by sharing ideas and expertise in design critiques.
- Demonstrate our values of efficiency, innovation, expertise, respect, teamwork, and initiative.
We’re excited about you if you have:
- 5+ years of design experience.
- BFA or MFA in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient knowledge of Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
- A portfolio that showcases sound design principles, photo cropping, text blending, video editing, and illustration.
- Strong typography skills and a portfolio that reflects them.
- Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with fashion and fashion brands a plus.
- Ability to move fast, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Design studio or agency experience preferred.
Target Pay
$75,000
