Freelance UX Design Director

Working remotely as a Freelance UX Design Director, the candidate will define design strategies and lead the creation of cohesive, human-centered experiences for clients, managing project engagements that include wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
Key responsibilities

Craft user experiences in collaboration with product stakeholders to align with business goals and advocate for user-centered design best practices
Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, interactions, and user flows
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions and implement enterprise-level design systems

Required qualifications

Proven experience as a UX Director or senior-level UX practitioner with a strong portfolio
8+ years of leading UI and UX design for enterprise-scale digital platforms
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and human-centered design
Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Digital Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field preferred
