Managing a portfolio of Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) Solutions accounts, the full-time Senior Account Manager will handle the complete deal cycle, including licensing, renewals, and customer relationship management, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Manage the full deal cycle for COA licensing and solutions accounts, from initial inquiry to closing
Develop and maintain customer relationships across pharmaceutical, CRO, and academic sponsor accounts
Maintain accurate pipeline and deal data in Salesforce, providing regular reporting on deal activity and customer feedback
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years in licensing, sales, or account management, preferably in publishing or life sciences
Experience managing a deal pipeline and working to revenue targets
Strong customer relationship management skills
Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
