Managing client relationships, the full-time Client Relations Account Executive III will oversee all aspects of client and agency satisfaction, serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, and provide monthly business reviews in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Interact and maintain relationships with clients and agencies, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Conduct proactive conference calls and meetings with clients/agencies to address concerns and follow up on resolutions
Train new staff members on client and agency processes and maintain knowledge of industry policies and tools
Required qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage banking
5+ years of customer service experience
Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, including agency and insurer experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
