Sr Sales Support Coordinator

Pay range: USD $23 – $31 hourly (base pay determined by location, skills, experience).

Responsibilities and Impact

Set up new items using Item 360, Supplier One, 1 World Sync, Scintilla, and Data Sync/Retail Link.

Maintain item accuracy, ensuring assortment has new items built and linked properly through regular information updates.

Manage seasonal quotes for new and existing items, domestic and import, collaborating with import team for direct import quotes.

Assist with item setup in Supplier One, sample request and delivery for accounts, update product description templates, acquire images, and update requested account forms.

Coordinate with third‑party vendors for item setup, maintenance, and accuracy for Walmart.com business.

Support office duties such as PO management, office inventory, vendor relations, and occasional event hosting.

Qualifications

Proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook.

Experience using Walmart systems including Scintilla, Supplier One, Retail Link, Item 360, and 1 World Sync.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales analysis, merchandise buying/planning, or related field.

Strong analytical skills.

Solid interpersonal and communication skills – able to communicate effectively with internal team members and customers.

Understanding of item assortments and parent/child item relationships.

Detail oriented and able to maintain a high level of process accuracy.
