We are looking for a freelance mid-level Video Editor to support ongoing content production across digital, social media, marketing, and brand campaigns. This role requires a strong balance between creative storytelling, technical editing skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools to produce high-quality and scalable video content efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high creative standards. We are looking for someone who understands modern content trends and can create engaging, polished, and impactful videos optimized for different platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality video content for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and marketing initiatives
Edit short-form and long-form content adapted to multiple platforms and audiences
Use AI tools to improve production workflows and creative output, including:

AI image generation
Static-to-video animation tools
AI voiceovers
AI subtitles and localization tools
AI-assisted editing workflows

Create motion graphics, transitions, captions, and dynamic visual elements
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines
Optimize content for engagement, performance, and platform best practices
Organize and manage editing projects, assets, and delivery timelines efficiently
Ensure consistency and high quality across all deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in video editing, motion design, or content production (agency or in-house)
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
Proven advanced experience using AI tools for video and visual content creation such as:

Leonardo
higgsfield
Runway
Artlist

Strong proficiency in editing software such as:

Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
DaVinci Resolve
CapCut or similar tools

Experience creating social-first and performance-driven content
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound design, transitions, and visual composition
Experience with subtitles, motion graphics, animations, and short-form content editing
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a freelance setup
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fast execution while maintaining high quality standards
Nice to Have

Experience with 3D workflows or AI-enhanced motion design
Basic Figma skills and familiarity with design systems and creative collaboration workflows
Experience in crypto/Web3, exchanges, fintech, neo-banking, or similar industries
Familiarity with performance marketing creatives and paid social formats
Basic knowledge of graphic design and layout principles
Experience working with content creators, influencers, or social media teams
