Joining the Caribbean team, the full-time Facultative Broker will partner with broking, actuarial, and modeling teams to design and place facultative reinsurance solutions while managing client relationships and coordinating internal resources.
Key responsibilities
Analyze insurance risks and advise clients on facultative reinsurance structures to mitigate risk and improve capital efficiency
Negotiate and manage the placement of facultative reinsurance in the Caribbean market
Coordinate underwriting and claims audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation for clients and compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3 - 8 years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry
Proven experience in developing and delivering strategy presentations to clients and internal groups
Ability to solve practical problems in dynamic situations with limited standardization
