Key Responsibilities:
Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages to drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs
Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising
Collaborate with internal and client teams to understand business goals and create data-driven designs
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on performance-driven creative and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
1 year of experience with motion graphics
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, including A/B Testing and CRO Analytics
